1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bhaji platform, accessible at bhaji.net ("the Platform", "bhaji", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor, or in any other role — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

bhaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at bhaji.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and our Responsible Gaming guidelines (available at /responsible-gaming), both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bhaji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of bhaji or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

bhaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the bhaji Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a bhaji account. Account registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering your bhaji account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must not use false information, impersonate another person, or register more than one account per individual.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bhaji Platform. If bhaji detects multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether identified by shared device, IP address, payment method, or identity document — all duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bhaji Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bhaji will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bhaji support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bhaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. bhaji reserves the right to pause withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bhaji Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bhaji does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. bhaji is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bhaji currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels:

Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account status. bhaji reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided on the Platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction within your bhaji account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at bhaji's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within standard business hours. Processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 15 minutes to 3 business days. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of identity verification or if your account is under review. bhaji will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not registered in your own name.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

You must not deposit funds obtained through unlawful means. bhaji actively monitors transactions for signs of money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. Accounts found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately, and relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bhaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform. General bonus conditions include:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly for each offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bhaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. User Obligations

By using the bhaji Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to adhere to the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security system used by bhaji.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the Platform or other users.
• You will not upload, transmit, or otherwise introduce any malicious code, virus, or harmful data to the Platform.
• You will not attempt to access any part of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information whenever requested by bhaji, including during registration, KYC verification, and support interactions.
• You will notify bhaji immediately if you become aware of any security vulnerability or breach affecting the Platform.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and legal action where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bhaji Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bhaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bhaji.
• Use bhaji's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

All game content made available through the bhaji Platform is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in respect of such game content remain with the respective providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bhaji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are determined by certified random number generation and are not within bhaji's control.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bhaji's control including natural disasters, power outages, and network disruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or match data displayed on the Platform due to third-party data feed errors, provided bhaji acts promptly to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss or damage caused by malicious software introduced to your device through means unrelated to the bhaji Platform.

bhaji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bhaji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by bhaji

bhaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Underage access or use of the Platform.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements.

In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, bhaji reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (such as inactivity or voluntary self-exclusion), any genuine balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of verification requirements.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by You

You may close your bhaji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. bhaji aims to process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
